Stress and Fitness
As our world becomes a much busier place and our bosses or company demands more and more from us, our stress level begins to rise. According to reports, stress is highly ranked as one of the issues that cause heart attacks, strokes, high blood pressure and even death. Our bodies need to release this stress. Working out has been proven to release neurotransmitters in the brain – called endorphins.
Working out on a regular basis can and will allow the body to release this stress and help you cope better with the demands of everyday life and all the hustle and bustle. Staying fit will reduce your chances of illness from the common cold to heartattacks. Along with a good diet you can extend your quality of life significantly by staying fit.
